The Festival delights its audiences by its original and innovative programming, its wide array of musical formations, as well as by the outstanding standard of the performances taking place.

Quality and variety are its two hallmarks: artists from across Europe and further afield, ensembles ranging from the traditional piano recital setting to unusual formations (cello quintet, violin and accordeon duo), and a repertoire extending all the way from Bach to 21st-Century Music, taking in Beethoven, Mozart and Schumann as well as Shostakovitch and Piazzolla.

It also represents an outstanding pedagogical tool for the students of the Academy, who not only have access to some excellent musical performances, but can also experience and witness, in action, the concepts and ideas discussed during the lessons and classes.
