A typical day at the Academy includes music lessons, French classes, improvisation, sight-seeing and visits, workshops and masterclasses on specific days, as well as evening concerts, according to the following general timetable:
9.00 – 10.30 Music lessons / Improvisation / Personal practice
10.30 – 10.45 Coffee break
10.45 – 12.15 Music lessons / Improvisation / Personal practice
12.15 – 13.30 Lunch
13.30 – 15.00 Music lessons / Improvisation / Sight-seeing and visits*
15.00 – 15.15 Tea break
15.15 – 16.45 Music lessons / Improvisation / Personal practice
17.00 – 18.30 Masterclasses / Workshops
18.30 – 20.00 Dinner
20.00 Evening concert
*Sight-seeing trips and visits will take place during the whole afternoon (or morning), and will operate on a rotational basis, alternating with lessons, so that each participant can have the opportunity to enjoy and discover the city!
The friendly and stimulating atmosphere is an important part of the Academy - breaks in the schedule enables people to meet, talk and get to know one another, whilst the many lessons, classes, masterclasses, workshops and concerts provide plenty of inspiration and motivation.
